Brookie's Bryon Slow Gin has been infused with the indigenous Davidson Plums for over 9 months - packed with vitamins & minerals, it adds a sensation twist to the normal "sloe" berries. Savour flavours of rose, watermelon and bright plums - we personally love it best over ice to enjoy the complexities of ingredients.  For Cocktail lovers, complement the watermelon flavours by adding our Watermelon Basil Shrub for a sensational mix!

With the Brookie's Byron Dry Gin, we have traditional gin ingredients of juniper, but blended with native botanicals - capturing the distinct taste of the Northern Rivers.
