Rosemary Lemonade Gimlet

 

The Rosemary Lemonade Gimlet is Genna & Katrina's take on this classic cocktail for gin lovers.  Try it - a real winner with our Barefoot Farm Rosemary Pecans on the side.  Click to view our G&T with a Twist Hamper.

45mls of Stoken Classic gin

15mls rosemary lemonade shrub

1 tsp Australia's Manuka fine honey or agave syrup

10mls soda water or still chilled water

Stir the honey into the gin to dissolve then put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain and serve in a martini glass with a sprig of rosemary or citrus wheel.
